I loved the first 2, but was weary of buying the third.

The first two are great.
But I'd probably recommend the third for you.

The first two are excellent, the third was dumbed down for the idiots, it took me 6 days to finish it at a relaxed pace.
If you played either of the first 2 it is probably cheaper to hire. Should take less then 25 hrs to complete.
