I need some help help where are those dang binocculars at i have went thru this section twice LA airport but i cant find them PLEASE HELP

I must admit though I didn't use them all that much at any stage of the game. you've got your trusty rifle with its funky zoom lens for all your zooming needs.

The binoculars?
Er...press the right thumbstick in (with no weapons drawn). Left or right for thermal/night vision.
You dont need to equip or select them, they're an integral feature (same as lockpicks), the first training level showed you how to use them.
