Where is the deck in LA?
To cream the ice cream man, air between the ramps in the vert area behind him
At the start go left,the 'crane' between the two quarter pipes is the key to this. Get enough speed to jump from one to another. You will clip the pylon, knocking it down and thereby "ice the ice cream man". Grind along the pylon with enough speed and jump off the end to get the secret tape. WOKING FC!!

Just noticed its for PS1. Must be diferent to the PS2 version
I cant even remember doing that and ive completed it about 20 times to get all the secrets and things
