Luckily I have a small 500mb second hard drive..which I use to store important files should my main 3GB drive destroy itself.

Luckily it seems to be getting better now after I defragmented it. :-)

Haven't won for ages, gave up trying months ago..nice surprise though.

Jimmy - Backups? Just a CD writer or Zip drive. Anything to stop the inevitable "Oh, I wonder where that document is....aaagh!" moment. Been there, painful.

Man my computers got a hangover right now, its slow buggy errgghh. Jimmy Weeps as he realises its going to have to be one of those reinstall everything moments fairly soon ;-(

Argghh, my hard drive is making funny sounds I think a failure is immenant. Anyone know of any good free HD checking programs???
