I thought one of the posts in the techie forum was spam that you had (half)deleted which was why I couldn't view it ('George' seems to be quite active on a few forums today!?) but now there's a second new post that I can't open???

I'll delete them when I'm ready :P

Leaving them on there to test for now. Or for an example. Or just to annoy you. Not really sure, wanna say all of it :D

Incidentally go take part in the Christmas Advent Calender. You are a key member of the forums! Participation is a requirement :)

Hi Warhunt,
It might be an idea to delete the 3 duff threads over in the techie forum that can't be opened, to save confusing people? - unless you're saving them for something special...

Ahh that's why he could post it. See that makes sense. Difficult because I could post new ones in there with no problem (as you yourself saw)

Only just noticed that you edited your first reply...

Warhunt - People were still experiencing problems after you left on Saturday. See the posts with '0' views. I converted one of mine that worked for Sonic Chris to use.

EDIT: You wrote:

...at 5.27, I created my post over in the techie forum at 6.07 after Sonic had another failure...

Looks like you guys are looking at it at the moment...

Dunno why I bother. I'll let Eccles know.

EDIT: Sounded a little bit off. :S ...... It was not meant to. I have a bad cold, so a bit dumb today :D

I did what I could to fix it temporarily anyway, otherwise you wouldn't have had any technical posts this weekend. Pretty much all I could do at the time.

Are you still having problems posting new topics?

2nd EDIT:

Hmmm said
"I've just created a new post (techie forum) in an attempt to inform people that there's an issue with new posts. I didn't expect I would be able to view/edit the post, but I can?! "

Why did you think this when I already said.....

"You won't be able to because it has no content. I can't remove it at the moment either without removing all of Chris's other posts along with it.

The posts created thoughout the issue are lost. New ones are no longer experiencing this. "

I've just created a new post (techie forum) in an attempt to inform people that there's an issue with new posts. I didn't expect I would be able to view/edit the post, but I can?!

My dinner's ready so I'll let Freeola explain things ;¬)

Yeh, it won't let me post. It's come up with the same error message twice, so i've sent it to Warhunt, see what he makes of it.

That doesn't seem to have worked either.

Warhunt's been back for one day and broke things again!

But not as bad as when he dropped webserver 7 recently and I'm still trying to work out how he broke Freeola's email when he visited Docklands during the week ;¬)

Just tryed to post my thread again in the tech forums. This came up (have to leave some spaces so the forum will let me post this)

I've tried to post this is Warhunt's techie post:

It might be worth changing the title of this thread to alert 'oliver0' (I think) to post again (unless you can contact him).

As it seems a shame a new member has tried to ask a question (re. captcha) only for it to be removed immediately... :¬)

But receive this error:

"You appear to have made an error filling out the form used to post a message.

PROBLEM: There are some parameters missing from the URL. Please make sure that you have not tampered with the URL. Please go back to Freeola UK Chat Forums and start again.

Please go back and correct the problem(s)."
