When logging on to my email I am getting the following error message but am able to log onto other email accounts I have...

Unable to send or receive messages for the account. The e-mail server returned an error.

Server Error: 0x800CCC90
Server Response: -ERR Cannot connect to POP server 81.31.99.8 (81.31.99.8:110), connect error 10060
Server: 'mail.freeola.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC90
Protocol: POP3
Port: 110

The outage is effecting our POP server and the MX servers that accept mail for it. This means that incoming mail will be being bounced until the MX servers come back up. All there servers are being looked into at the moment and the status page will be updated if we have any progress to report.

When do you expect the problem to be resolved?

We use your service for business purposes so it is imperative to know what is happening with our incoming emails.

Please try your ourmost to give us some urgent feedback.
