In the latest issue of PCZONE, in the Emulationzone, i think. They are on about a Gamecube Emulator called Dolphin. It is capable of running most commercial cube games, but has a very limited compatibility at the moment. Apparently the only game that yu will get running in full speed is SuperBustAmove3000. The emulator is very good at handling 2D graphics, but the framerate suffer on 3D graphics. Altho' the emulator needs special ripped versions of the games and cannot run the actual discs. These come at around 1.5Gb in size. The magazine also really seem to like Animal Crossing, with a picture of it. They think that despite it's flaws,' the Dolphin is the most impressive piece of emulation ever' So anyone heard anything about this?

The N64 emulator that I have never, ever used ran all the games I didn't try on it at 30fps.

Finding ripped images will be difficult, and even if it does work, it'll never be a good replacement for the GC itself; remember the N64 emulator still can only run at 15fps (I think) in most games.
