Well actually, we should have seen it coming, Nintendo and PS2 are working as a cohesive unit?

News let out this morning from fellow FOGgers that a few games from the PlayStation 2 will be manufacture on the upcoming Nintendo Gamecube.

Good or bad?

In a way this is good and in a way this is hell bad.

The good
--------

Those who only intended on shelling out on a GC can now get possibly the most anticipated game in the history if gaming on their Nintendo console. Obviously, there has to be the other side of the wild card.

The bad
-------

Those who have already brought a PS2 and whom are not intent on getting a PS2 will feel a little screwed. PS2 gamers thought that they had got a one-uspmanship on Nintendo gamers but to just wasn't meant to be. Even those who will be buying a GC aswell will be annoyed. They won't have as much to look foward on the PS2. Many people were looking forward to it more because it was exclusive but now, that way of thinking has been crushed under a black rubix cube.

How long will this satan-like partnership last though? We know how much PS2 and Nintendo despised each other in the past. How come the sudden change of thinking? Will the two parties ever been in dier straights again? Only time will tell as the FOG continues...

Thank for for reading.

No partnership at all!!

The fact is that Nintendo have all the games including exclusive Sega/Sonic games (because they have signed a contract unlike Konami). Therefore, Nintendo have all the best PS2 games, some Sonic games and the usual Rare and Nintendo games...

...ermm.. now lets see what happens!

In a way this is a VERY VERY VERY SLIGHT in convience for me because next year I am getting a PS2 a month before I get my GameCube, but on the good side, you cant play Raven Blade, Luigi's Mansion and Pikin on a PS2!

And you can't play Red Faction, Tekken Tag, THS3, Dave Mirra 2 etc. can you?

So you are right, and I am happy either way!

That's how it all works.

Thanks for that handy insight Dan.

They know that they can make money by releasing these games on the cube so they do so.
