Hi there just got my domain name activated now. I have now just found out that you cant upload your files to the free webspace unless you pay for freeola internet or pay for the time you are connected on the freeola dial up connection. Or you can pay 3 pound per month to upload from another ISP. Is that correct or can you upload still without paying?

also to use the other services such as php and all tht do you need to pay for them aswell or will it all be in that 3 pound per month? please reply thanks

Thank you Hmmm,

A little while ago, we were blacklisted by a few spam companies as they thought we were spamming...we have now been taken off a few companies lists, however, some are still blocking us, and I belive Hotmail is having a few issues still.

1/ To use FTP etc. you do have to be either connected via Freeola (dial-up or ADSL) or sign up for their 'Freedom' package.

2/ PHP/SSI/CGI is available as standard.

3/ Email re-direction is free - BUT recently forwarding to a Hotmail account stopped working. There are a couple of previous posts about this. http://chat.freeola.com/Web-Development-4-chat/Email-forwarding-849.html
