I'm actually looking forward to this a little more now. I played GT3 for the first time in ages yesterday and I realised one thing that was missing from PGR2: open race tracks. All of the circuits in PGR are street based, however when I was playing GT3 it was good to be back on open tracks complete with gravel traps and the like. I know that's just a little insignificant thing really, but the tracks in GT just feel more authentic to me, as if they're built for racing.

No particular order:

Pokemon Collosseum - It's looking like a mighty fine clash between Pokemon and Skies of Arcadia. Which is a good thing.

Halo 2 - Didn't like the first, but the latest one looks awesome.

Half Life 2 - Again, I didn't like the first, overhyped crud if you ask me, but after seeing some vids I almost creamed my pants.

Mario & Donkey Kong - Oddball, but it looks goooood.

Resident Evil 4 - The video of this did make me cream my pants. After one trailer it's already looking like a strong contender for game of 2005.

Killer 7 - Still a bit miffed that it's turned into another Capcom horror title, but nonetheless, it looks sweet as pie.

Custom Robo - Mechs, killings. Brilliant.

Doom 3 - I love Doom. Love it. As long as this doesn't differ too much from the original too much, my primary choice for a shooter this year.

Hitman: Contracts - Almost forgot this! First was brilliant, this should rock even more. Annoying that it's not coming out for the Cube, mind.

Pool Paradise - You have no idea how much this is going to rock. For £20, anyway.

I missed out a fair few that I'll get in between the big releases, and included PP because at the moment it looks to be my next purchase. I'd include GTA, Mario 128, Metroid Prime 2, Zelda and the like, but there's not much point really seeing as we know nothing about any of them.
