On my travels around the internet I've noticed a growing number of Internet Radio sations.

Does anyone actually listen to these. Everytime I tune in the sound quality is either rubbish or just keeps breaking up.

So, Anyone out there actually listen to them?

At last people have replied. I feel hapier now.
& to answer my own question, no I don't listen to Internet Radio. Sooner listen to my local GWR station.

I listen to the radio some times. My radio in my room loses the signal when I turn my PC and server on and so it's ever MP3's or Capital FM.

I just switch on Sky TV and listen to Kiss....better than any old radio station.....

The sound quality is only rubbish because of your connection and wether your trying to do anything else on the net whilst your also listening to the radio...

I've listened to the Radio through Sky a few times, and the digital reception is amazing compaired to the standard analog reception

I listen to Radio 1 over the net when Mum's using the radio upstairs.

It seems like I started a real crappy topic here. Proves that no one bothers to listen to I.R.

While I'm on the subject has anyone bothered to launch there own internet radio station on live365.com? It's supposed to be free. Thing is, Is there any point?

Never really needed to...although the quality would be better with a cable modem, I just use it todownload mp3s I want in < 2 minutes anyway..
