Hi, just wondering if it's possible to Download and install PHP on my Home PC, so I can test scrips off-line???

Try OmniHTTPd. It's a windows server with a GUI interface and actually comes with PHP already installed. It couldn't be simpler. A drawback is it's slow(er) and you can't use .htaccess files with it, but you can't use them on a Windoze box anyway.

Yes, as long as you're running some version of the Apache web server. It's still best to test these on a linux box if possible - windows ports of the code have always been considered beta, and there are some inconsistancies between the doze and linux versions.

apache.org, run the webserver, and then load the perl module support (you'll have to change the httpd.conf file to set it to run .php pages through the PHP parser).
