If so, discuss it here. I am playing it at the moment and if anyone else is then we can help each other out and give each other hints.

I am currently getting things in Bikanel Desert for the Machine Faction's Experiment. What do you do after that? I am thinking of just skipping some of the missions and jumping into a hole to complete the game (I have only completed 53%) but I don't think that I am strong enough at the moment. My stats are like this:

YUNA - Lv. 48

HP: 3202/3202
MP: 72/72
Dressphere: Alchemist

RIKKU - Lv. 49

HP: 3178/3178
MP: 87/87
Dressphere: Gunner

PAINE - Lv. 49

HP: 3229/3299
MP: 89/89
Dressphere: Gunner

What are your stats?

This isn't a 'Help me thread' this is a discussion thread. So, what part of the game are you at?

You could probably finish with that party - the final bosses aren't too hard. But there is an enemy you might have to fight before-hand that's pretty rock solid - but you can avoid it by doing the right things.

Even I found it quite hard - and I was at level 99s, all dresspheres mastered, and had the Iron Duke from Via Infinito.

Is that the massive boss with 350,000 health? My mate told me about him. How do you avoid him? What do I do after I beat the Experiment?

Im not far at all but Wakka do not ask what comes next because I dont want to be reading a Topic juiced up with spoilers from a game I have been playing for just 2 days.

At the moemnt im level 30 on everyone and am about to go to the Djose temple to fight that *Cough* thing that is fused with machina. I only have Yuna's Gun dressphere mastered and that *Cough* thing is hard so its training up time.

I dunno if that's the one.
But you have to play a load of notes that you collect by standing on these platforms. I don't think it's too hard - but I couldn't be bothered, and was powerful enough to barge straight on.

After the experiement?
I don't know - it depends what you've done so far, doesn't it?

RD - if you don't want to read any spoilers, you'd better stay out.

What levels were your guys on when you fought that boss?

Besaid Island - Episode Concluded
Kilika Island - Episode Concluded
Luca - The sound of a Whistle (mission)
Mi'hen Highroad - Episode Completed
Mushroom Rock Road - Episode Completed
Djose Temple - The Faction's Trumph Card (mission)
Moonflow - Episode Concluded
Guadosalam - Episode Concluded
Thunder Plains - Tower Fiends (mission)
Macalania Woods - Episode Concluded
Bikanel Desert - Demon of the Sands (mission)
Bevelle - The Secret Halls of Bevelle (mission)
Calm Lands - Campaign: Home Stretch (mission)
Mount Gagazet - After the Storm (mission)
Zanarkand - Episode Concluded

Chapter 5 - 53% Completed

Does that help?

Not really.
I'd probably do Luca first, then Gagazet, then Thunder Plains.
Then you'll need to train up (a lot) to do Bikanel - because that guy will kill you. Then statt down Via Infinito

I can't be bothered doing those missions at the moment.

I have gotten up to Level 40 but I can't beat the boss. He is way too hard. Do you know how to beat him? Can I just jump into one of the holes right now? Have you completed the game?

Which boss is that? Black Elemental?
You may as well jump into a hole, if you're not too bothered about a high percentage. Although I'd recommend training up a little bit more before you do.

I finished a few weeks ago - on 95%.
