I finally convinced GAME to get me another copy of GTA Double Pack through corrier (sorry if i spelt it wrong)!!!!
It was a very long arguement involving *counts fingers* 3 members of staff and the manager, at first they said i had to wait another 28 days but i then grinded them down to saying they would replace the game and send it today and then i grinded them down even further to them saying i could have a £10 voucher!
