What shall I get?
I can afford one.

On my list so far:

FF: Tactics
Golden Sun
(I'd say golden sun 2, but there's no point getting it if i haven't played 1)

What else?

No, I usually sample GBA games before I buy them, but it's been a few years, so I forgot about it.

You've lost me. Do you do that or not? :-|

If you do, then why do you need help as you should have played all the GBA around at the moment and will know what to go for

If you don't and were being 'funny', then why the hell don't you do it.

Golden Sun lasts longer, there's a lot more to do in my opinion, lots and lots of extras to collect, little sidequests and puzzles etc.

For storyline, Golden Sun, for sheer addictivness in play, Tactics. You choose. Although you may want to get both Golden Sun 1 & 2.

Oh, and yes, Donkey Kong Country 1, 2 & 3 are some of the best platformers you'll ever play. Truly genius.

What you should do is get yourself a GBA emulator, then download a few games that have been mentioned, and have a quick go. Granted, playing on an emulator isn’t ideal, but I am not suggesting you play the whole game like this. But at least you'll be able to get a feel of what the game is like and if you like it.

Then you can head off and buy the game safe in the knowledge that it'll be £29.99 well spent.

Because I'm planning to spend ages playing it, I'm taking about 20 batteries with me, though, if we decide to go to thailand, i might just get some hookers...

Donkey Kong, if you don't have it then you should be publically abused.

Get Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga.
It's not loooong, but long enough. Plus it feels longer when you play it on the GBA for an hour at a time.
