i own rainbow six 3 on pc and xbox they are very different, the xbox version has more levels and far better graphics ,plus they have improved the levels.
i like the xbox version - mainly because you can use the headset to control your computer teammates
I prefer the Xbox version but the co-op levels/single player levels are far too linear, if they fix this for Black Arrow I'll be a happy man.
The games are rather different really. The PC version remains a Rainbow Six style game, a tactical squad based shooter. The Xbox version is far more arcadey, though not as much as Doom etc.
I prefer the feel of the Xbox version, it has a more pick up and play ethos and a huge online userbase. The PC version benefits from more modern PC hardware and so looks better etc. Plus it has the expansion pack now. However, I'm not such a fan of tactical shooters like that.
Hence I prefer the Xbox version.

Err no it doesn't the PC version has far more levels, far more customisation, far more strategy, far less linear level design, better visuals and just about everything else from a technical point of view and from a lifespan point of view, not to mention the Athena Sword add-on pack.
I enjoy playing both versions, one is easy to pick up and play and the other I like to spend time planning a proper tactical assault.
Lets not lie now, you clearly haven't played one of the versions.
