Who's played this and had fun with it?
I've had it for a few weeks and it's one of those rare games where I didn't buy it for Live play.
I like all these Sega Soccer Slam type games like Deathrow. Deathrow however tries to sell itself promising LOTS OF GORE, LOTS OF SWEARING and LOTS OF MATURE CONTENT. It's got the swearing, its funny stuff, but the gore isn't all that great.
But it just doesn't go on Mature content, the game is pretty fun to play too. It involves you pitting it against another themed team in a futuristic arena for a futuristic game of Frisbie-Basketball. Win the match by points or just kill everyone. It's great.

i've got deathrow and throughly enjoyed it. but it had some major issues with some of the teams. Some teams were better than others. At the start the black dragons have extra stats whilst other teams like the diciples or the covicts had really poor stats and made it incredably difficult to play and win with.
Random leagues good, but some of the lower teams like the seacats become extremely dangerous and difficult to beat (especially if you're the marines). The idea was that they would be good scorers and poor fighters, but it all changes in the league game as they were good fighters and good scorers and we almost lost. But with great skill and determination, i won virtually everyone was on their last legs.
Now, those robots...
