As everyone has answered the other, I'll just answer the last one.
The guy you first meet, with the long beard, and the metal head jewel thing in the middle of his head (you'd think it's a bit obvious.) If you play through the game you notice little hints that he's the guy.

I agree with you, GalaticDramon. It is great fun but it is very easy. The races are hard though. Probably because I'm crap at racing games.
