Empire Direct are useless - they have horrible customer service, and I have lost a £400 widescreen television through them which was faulty on arrival.

Do not buy anything from them. And steer clear of Hitachi 24inch widescreens.

I am sickened, mentally, and financially, drained.

I'd just like to hear the details of this.

What the problem is, why he has lost money etc.

I'm not doubting Dan for a minute, but I would like to balance this argument. It's best to hear all sides.

I have ordered from Empire Direct before (a £300 portable TV/VCR combo), and had trouble-free service from them.

How can they possibly not give you your money back? what 13astards! Do what Game says.

Trust me, i've got loads of problems sorted!

They should have a website, but if they don't you really should phone them!!!

I also have the videographic evidence they required, but then they wouldn't believe it if they saw it.

£400 - I'm 16, this is not something I can just make in a week.
