1) It's EA, so it might be polished, but it'll be totally devoid of soul.
2) WTF?!
"Now we know why this game has the GoldenEye name - Your character has an eye replaced with a 'Golden Eye' by Goldfinger, after an incident with Dr No... Wow, that got loads to do with our favourite shooter of yesteryear, hasn't it?"
So, they've tried to squeeze all the bond baddies they can (the article mentioned a bunch of others too) into a stupid plot,
Which hinges on a pathetic pun ripped from a movie title.
Someone at EA needs to be given the sack. Or kicked in the sack. Or put in a sack with a bunch of weights and thrown into the ocean.
Obviously it's still possible that the gameplay won't be wunk, even if the concept is the most wunk thing you'll ever hear in your life.
But I think it's fair to say it probably will be.
What a way to rip-off such a well-known name just to further promote your latest infection on the gaming market of today (or should that be "tommorow"?).

Worst. Use. Of. A. Name. Ever.
Shame on EA.

No, you play a villain. Not that it matters, this will be possibly the crapest game ever invented.

Na, they were top of the charts for a while.
Or did you mean from a gamer's point of view?
AAARRR! Now I need a Golden-Eye!!!
Hence a wink and nudge and then a saucy number from some can-can dancers....
