I'm getting my PS2 in about 3 weeks and I'm thinking about getting Dynasty Warriors 2 with it. Is it any good? It looks good and the idea of fighting in a battle in 3rd person seems really cool, but I want to check before I buy it.

It depends on how much you like it really. It was a respectable game, ish, but not outstanding. It wasn`t a launch titles that was raved about in anyway. However, if you really like the genre that much, then I guess its worth it.

I'm into this kind of samurai, sword fighting stuff like Kengo: Master of Bushido, so I don't mind geting Onimusha and Dynasty Warriors 2, but only if it's worth getting in it's own right.

Yeah, I think I'll get Onimusha, but I might still get Dynasty Warriors 2.

Or even Onimusha :-)

Onumusha might be a better choice.
