You can link up to 16 Xboxes via a LAN. Not 16 players like the original, 16 actual consoles. That could mean 64 players in that same room, how f**king crazy is that!?

I read it on a BBC articles about the games. Now, the BBC write incredibly bad articles about games and films, but this was an actual quote so there's no reason for it not to be true. Could be that they meant one player per machine, playing the normal 16 player stuff, but 64 players would be nice. If I had 63 friends.

the lag on a 64 player game would be unreal, you'd need to fire your weapon 3 hours before you saw the enemy.

Maybe online, but not on a 100MBps LAN.
