does anyone know anybody that has decided to buy a PS2 now that GT3 is being released.

after all this is the game that sony said will push PS2 sales figures through the roof.

Im waiting to see GT3, MGS2 and WipeOut Fusion first, before even considering opening my wallet!

A mate of mine is well gutted, he came round to mine and played the GT3 demo fron ages ago, then saved up the cash and bought a PS2 about a week before the price drop!

Yeah, I know some people who are doing that too. Especially when Sony package GT3 as standard with PS2 consoles for £299.99
