I have a few people in mind for the next notable, however Ill keep that close to my chest before the next vote.

Oh replying to my threads will also help, otherwise I wont know who you are on a more personal level.

I still have lots of names for people I'd like to see as Notabubbles. Timewarp and Your Honour are the first that spring to mind, but there are some others as well.

I will not simply judge by quality of posts, but how they treat others and their general character (Perceived or through MSN chats with them)
