OEM is as Brio says, the unboxed bit usually means that they either ordered in bulk so 1 big box no individual packaging, or original packaging was damaged so was removed.

Yes you should get support from the supplier as any sales unless otherwise stated IE: sold as spares.

OEM means "Original Equiptment MAnufacturer". It'll be a product that doesnt come with all the usual packaging that you get with a regular one - just the bare minimum to keep the price down for manufacturers. i think.

When buying computer components, there is never "no support". Even if there is no official support from the manufacturer, you can always find someone on the web who has either had the same problem, or is willing to help.

Try asking in here, we'll try to sort out any problems you have...

I thought it meant there was no support, etc.

It means it's been modified by the distributor. It usually only applies to new PCs, for example your browser is probably an OEM distribution.

Essentially it means nothing but it does screw up technical suport. The manufacturer will refer you to your distributor who usually knows jack poo about it so you're buggered if it goes wrong.
