"Proof that I rule."

It's my wife's cousins birthday today, so we went round to see her.

My reputation had preceded me, as I got the

"Ben, you know you're good at games right....could you help me at Final Fantasy 8.."

So I pick it up, the first time I've played a Final fantasy game since I played the original game on the NES, (in emulated form)

Anyways I picked up the PSone pad, and wander about for a bit, getting into a few fights, until i find this boss that she couldn't beat.

I was quite pleased when I defeated it without losing any of my characters, especially considering I'd never played the game before. Proof that I rule at games ;-)

So, any of you had a moment that proves you're a top gamer?

Whupping a friend at FIFA 99 on the PS. They had spent the last 2 weeks practising to beat their brother. I was raining them in from the half way line no less.

I was over at my friend's house, and he was stuck on Grim Fandango (don't know where though, it was over a year ago, and despite having neverseen the game in action, I suggested to him a possible soution, and - guess what? I was right. Felt smug for a while, then.

Men and motors is so crap.

I beat my 3 friends @ Goldeneye once time they stopped over @ mine...

Unfortunately, they were watching Men and Motors in the lounge and I was playing multi-player on my own in the games room.

This proves that I am the best at sneakily gitting a good score on Goldenye...

The sad thing is, I think I lost two lives whilst I was playing on my own... :)

I dont think that is sufficient proof. But My mate had been practising the tekken moves all day I came round and whipped him perfect twice and I had never played it.
