Has anyone got it? is it any good?
I want to rent it first but blockbusters never have it in, i'm getting frustrated.
Played the demo thought it was alright but not as good as knockout kings 2002.

Basically you start out as a crappy young fighter and you start off at the bottom of the rankings and fighting in small arenas. As you win more you get access to the bigger arenas as you progress up through the rankings. There's 4 fights each game year and at the end there are awards given out for like best match, best knockout record (which i've won the past 5 years :-D)
You get to pick who you want to fight on different cards, there's usually around 3 fighters to pick from but it varies as do the rounds. Each offer a differing amount of prize money which you can use to then buy different things like new attires, ring girls and entrance effects and music

Yep i've got it and it's very good. The total punch control takes a bit of getting used to but once you've played it for a while you'll soon be stringing the combos up (think my record is about a 12 punch one until the glass jawed muppet hit the canvas)
Career mode is pretty indepth and there's alot of things to unlock.
