The only differences I could find between the DS and the GBA-2 are that the GBA-2 will have a mini disk rather then a cart. and nowhere was it mentioned about a touch screen or it having a double screen. The graphics will probably the same as DS, it has a little crapier graphics then the PSP, which boosts that the graphics are similar to the Playstation 2, and the GBA-2 is supposed to have graphics which are little better then the Dreamcast, which has crapier graphics then the PS2. (By the way I don't really care much about the graphics and that is why I like Nintendo the BEST! - Which isn't obvious.)
So what is the point in launching two hand helds? Well if we look back at Nintendo's history we can see a time line crammed full off goodies which never saw day light; they were launched but were in existence only for a while until something new from them came out which pushed Nintendo's games market share up or unsurprisingly never saw the cost of ye old Europe. So the DS may be something launched just to test the games market or just a thingy so that they can have enough time to make their SUPER GB. and, hopefully, knock Sony out of the hand held market! I would actually like this and I support Nintendo all the way but I really doubt a company which makes sad, cartoonie games (although good) would do something as Cunning and Brutal as this.
So in conclusion to this I think that Nintendo are wasting there time in building two hand held consoles because this will mean that parents will have to dig harder for extra cash for both Ninty hand helds and possibly the PSP, that is if you can see through the flashy lights and the Gamecube mini disks, and the teens and adults who earn their own money will have to work double time (triple time if you are getting the PSP). Of course not forgetting the retired...they will have to ask for their next years pension to pay for all the new hand held consoles.
Nintedo also said that the DS was never meant to replace the GBA AT ALL and they are still making games a plenty for both consoles. Nintendo just want to have 3 consoles on the market and 2 of them handheld. But of course the GCN is meant to be the replacement of the gamecube itself like the N64 got replace by the GC as with the same with the SNES and NES before that. Ninty just want more money to battle against Sony, and maybe Microsoft although they seem to be winning that war already.
