Anyway I would like to say a thank you to everyone who responded. I have now registered with a Free-Form provider whilst I am teaching myself cgi.
I am also hoping to launch the site next week. Any tips for a smooth upload?

The forum for Freeola Ideas was not being used and so Tony and myself decided to remove it.
Well, only tip I can give is Scrap CGI and go for PHP. I found cgi a real Pain to understand, and PHP is much better....
