Anyone got it? Completed it? Got every florite? Every costume etc?

We (me and my mate) cannot find the last 2 florites you see, and it's really peeing us off. Where can a Ominusha Guide be accessed over the internet?

Or, somehow tell us where EVERY florite in the game is - SOON!

Please! We really do need help you know.

The boxs you are on about ssxpro are ones that need boks. There are 4 boxes and each box needs 4 books. The question then can be answered when you have the 4 books for that box. I think that you keep the books when you play the game from the finished save, as one of the boxes is at the begining when you dont have the complete set of books.

Thats good to hear! They claim to be Shakespears, but I doubt they even know what a spear is let alone how to shake it.

Anyway, having taken your advice, and retrieving my Game voucher (again, don`t tell SR :-) ) I have a copy of Onimusha. I haven`t used it much as I was swimming all saturday night, and then watching the Grand Prix and sleeping today, however, from what little I have seen, its obviously going to be an excellent play. Looks good, plays well so far, and has evenly spaced save points. However, I kept finding these code things with weird symbols that I haven`t yet figured out, but hope to soon. (I probably sound thick for saying that, as I`m probably the only one who is still clueless.

The controls are taking a little getting used to, as I keep pressing down to go down like in Final Fantasy, and just end up stepping back. I`ll change it in options later if possible, though I doubt it is.

I dont know if you still need help but...

Try this link for a walkthrough. The website 'ign' are always pretty detailed with their walkthroughs – i'll probably be using it myself soon enough with the same probs as you, but im spending my time on NBA Street for now :)

Hope this helps

The controls are more or less identical to all of the Resident Evil and Dino Crisis games, so they're moer or less 2nd nature to me! :-)

The trouble with Onimusha is the control setup. I find them very difficult, even after 2 hours of play.

Has anyone played Jedi Power Battles for PSOne? Those controls I like, they're easy too. If only they had altered it.

DMC better be different...

I have indeed - thought I learned to ignore it many, many years ago, after coming to the same conclusions as you, only with stronger language! :-)

Where on earth did you hear that?

Have you heard of Digitiser on Channel 4 ceefax, page 480?

I occasionally go there to see what`s happening, though I am finding it harder and harder to find a reason to bother. They are a group of 10 year olds it seems, who are frightened of anything new. They pick up on the general feeling from one group of console owners then follow it blindly without realising.

They hated DC before, but loved PSone, then when the new PS2 arrived, they jumped aboard Nintendo and Sega, and hated Sony.

They have reviewed many games, and actually dismissed SSX. They rate it at about the 5th or 6th best PS2 game so far, after Quake and stuff. They were forced to give Red Faction 4/5, but that was generous for them.

They recently reviewed Onimusha, and said it looked like something a PSone could do. I tried to ignore it, but as I hadn`t seen a full review, I couldn`t decide otherwise. Thanks for confirming that as usual they are talking rubbish.

General message: Don`t go to Digitiser on Channel 4.

?????

Where on earth did you hear that? The graphics are stunning - the main character is made up of 10,000 polyons, and the backgrounds - though pre-rendered - are beautiful. It's well worth it - very addictive.

No, I don't have it - I had the original Music, and while I did find it extremely addictive at first, it soon wore off and I never touched it again. I skipped Music 2000, and so far haven't been tempted with the MTV incarnation. Maybe when the price drops...

There`s another game that I decided to miss. It also seems to have got a lot of positive feedback from most of the people in this forum. I think I`ll stick with this decision, as I`ve already read the PAL review, however, I may still consider buying Onimusha.
