The next decent game coming out is probably Full Spectrum Warrior, the next big release will be Driv3r because of its popularity.
Driv3r and Full Spectrum Warrior should both be out soon. Driv3r is obviously worth getting, and from what I've seen of FSW, that looks worth a purchase too.
I heard Japan are getting it by at least Christmas :S
