Yea I heard that he is a really good film director and stuntmen and stuff has been used to make devil may cry 3.
The opening sequence to Devil May Cry 3 and the rest of the movies are directed by Yuji Shimamura, a film director. Yuji Shimamura only does action heavy films and from what ive seen about the opening movie is brilliant and if the other movies and the gameplay itself is that good then DMC fans are in for a major treat after the slight dissapointment of DMC2.

He is called vergil
I was just playing devil may cry 1 and I just found out that he is vergil.
You can check this out by going onto the devil may cry 1 menu in the game and read what the amulet says, as it has "vergil & Dante" inscribed in it.
