er-no, we know they are copied, we allow them to be copied, we think they are important to the site.

And, hey, we might make a mistake every now and then. Nobody is perfect.

That's a good point. I remember those cheat books you use to get when you became a member or renewed. About half didn't work. My favourite was hold down "A" button for 20 seconds in Goldeneye and you would get a bozooka. These cheats should be checked frequently especially if you are about to give a GAD to someone.

Well this thread is about some cheats winning that didn't work, and some of the "I only come here for the discussion not for the games started" Which usually goes down a road of people saying they like to be creative, and use thier imagination.

Now what I was saying is that it's good for people to be creative (on the forums), but in the case posting cheats, they shouldn't be imaginative and creative, they should postcheats that actually work.

It's also why i haven't complained.....

If everyone is here for the discussion...

and not to win...

then it shouldnt matter if a cheat entry wins a game or not...

Even if you spend ages thinking up an idea for a post, and then typing it out (in a way others can understand)...

Because you didnt come here to win, you came to chat, anf after all winning is just a bonus...

I have no stories to tell. There are too many stories - the site is becoming jackanory. FOG - future of gaming, not a "I was bullied" "Read my story" forum.

Which is why I reside in the chat forum - it's better than FOG now you know.

I disagree a little with this, most if not all cheats can be obtained somewhere on the web or in gaming magazines. All posts and discussions are usually unique to this site with the odd few that get copied from a site.
