"Remo Williams: Unarmed and Dangerous"
That was the 1st video I ever bought.
Plot?
Fred Ward is a NY cop that is selected to be "killed" and used by an Agency as their hitman. So he learns the ancient art of Sinanju from Chuin, a little Korean master.
Sinanju allows you to run over water, dive through sand and dodge bullets WAAAAY before The Matrix did it.
Excellent movie, I'd forgotten about this one.
"You move like a pregnant Yak with two club feet!"

But check out Remo for utter, utter mindless pre-Matrix attempts at bringing Kung-Fu to US cinemans
Probably on some Cynthia Rothrock movie back in the late 80's.
WHoremembers the American Ninja and No Retreat, No Surrender films?
Cynthia Rock..my god..
Jean Claude Van-Dammit..what a hero *cough cough*
Not as cool as the Bruce Lee movies though. Especially the one with Chuck Norris in it!
Check out Kentucky Fried Movie for "A fistful of Yen" spoof on Enter The Dragon..brilliant. Teaching a dog kung-fu.
It was hilarious!
Havent really missed his efforts to be honest.
John Candy was top though
