increase wages whithout asking the board:for a scout or coach-click 'approachto sign'. change thier position to assistant manager.
reduce the wage you are offering to zero, offer contract. a few days later, they'll reject your offer. now 'approach to sign' again. you can now offer them more now they're an assistant manager!
