I've just been clearing out some of my old N64 mags and it is so funny to read through them again and see what they wrote and then what actually happened.

Does anyone remember 64 Extreme?

I was looking at their reviews and look what they gave these games!:

Tetrisphere - 96% (WHAT?)

Turok - 97% ???

Doom 64 - 93% ???

ISS 64 - 95% ???????

I just laughed!

Then I looked at this:

Clayfighter 63 1/3:

"All the characters have a large repertoire of speech. These were recorded by many famous voices, including Dan Castellaneta, the voice behind Homer Simpson. The speech works well and adds even more humour to the game (????!!).
This is one of the most hilarious games we have played and will be a definate winner!"

What was going on in their heads?

They also thought that ZELDA was coming out in mid' 98 - how wrong were they!

So if anyone else can dig out any old mags - not just for the N64, I want to know what they said and what actually happened!
