@Eccles

Would you please be kind enough to adopt my ticket number 155069 as it is 12 days old and nothing appears to have happened yet.

Many thanks.

I just had an automatic re-sync event at 1:15am and my router now reads 'Fast Path'.

Many thanks.

Lets see how my connection behaves now.

Ahhh well as you point to evidence at your end I'll go with that (still the same btw).

Possibly but I am aware of others on WBC connections having problems getting line settings changed and BT's sytems are still showin interleaving as Auto instead of Off. The only way to rule out your router is to try a different one.

Could it be my router false reporting for some random reason (although I suspect not)?

No. It'll be a fault between the wholesaler and BT as BT's systems don't seem to be working when a request of this type is put through.

If a fault requires raising, will I be charged at any point?

The request to turn of interleaving has been put through again but this time it's been done with BT directly and should complete by this time tomorrow. So if you router is still showing as interleaving being on at that time then please let me know, either here or via the ticket and a fault will have to be raised with BT.

Hmmm - there was an automatic re-sync a few minutes ago, but the routers homepage is still saying 'Interleave path'.

Strange.

They've managed to get their system up and running again so they're going to try the line modification again and if that doesn't work then the request will be passed on to be dealt with by BT.

I'm sure I'll manage til Monday :)

I was wondering if my router was displaying the wrong info, but I guess the info isn't cached on the router homepage, and is generated on each page load. Its a Belkin Wireless N.

Thanks for your efforts so far.
