Yeah - he realises that he's in a position to make sure that this is the case.
Im sure hes a nice guy, unfortunately hes so rich that he doesnt realise that not everyone has the latest hi spec computer to run his OS on...and on anything less than double the minimum requirements for a Windows OS... Windows just aint up to it.
