A dose of Ne1? Right, like anyone would ever want to inhale neon. It's not a very advisable thing to do, especially with a relatively reactive gas.
Unlocking all cars? Why don't you look at the bar at the top of the page- there's a link saying 'Cheats'. Why didn't you notice it- are you stupid or just visually impaired?
