For any one who is stuck on completing the notebook here are the answers....
1) Bombers Gang- At any day at any time, pop Jims ballon in north clock town. Play hide and go seek with the gang and if you complete it in human form , you get the bombers notebook and the secret password to the bombers hideout. The password is different in every game cartridge.
2 and 3) Anju and Kafei- OY! i hate this quest with passion. ok lets see
Day 1; 1:30 - 2:30 PM - At the stock pot in, talk to anju and you will get a room key.
Day 1: 2:00 -7:00 PM - After the postmanvisits, talk to anju while wearing Kafies mask that you get from the mayor (see mask section) You arrange to meet her IN the kitchen at 11:00 PM
Day 1: 11:30 PM- 5:00 AM- Meet anju like you said you would in the kitchen, she will ask you for help in finding kafei. she gives you a letter and drop it in the post box When the post man comes, follow him utnill he goes to kafie's hiding spot in Laundry Pool.
Day 2: 5:00 - 11:00 PM - Sneak into Kafeis house while hes talkin to the postman, when he returns, he will tell why hes hiding and ask you to give a pendant to anju. Delieve it immeditely.
Day 3: 1:00 - 6:00 PM- (youre gonna have to do this a few times in a few diff cycles) When you visit the hideout, you will see the curoisty shop guy in there and he will give you the keeton mask , a letter for madame aroma, and tell you kafei has gone to inka canyon. You need the hookshop and epona toget there or do what i did and warp there via song of soaring.
Day 3: 6-7 PM : Get here at least 2 hours early cause if Sakon sees you, he runs away, anyways, the burlar opens up the cave, follow him and kafei in, DO a little puzzle in he hide out and save the mask before if falls into the vault.
Day 3: 4:30 AM : Go to the stock pot in and into Anju's room, wait for kafie to get there, watch them get married, then tehre is only about an hour left before moon goes boom and then get the hell out.
4) Guy from Curoisty Shop: Day 3 / 1-10 PM, If youve done that stupid quest above me, he gives you the keeton mask and a letter for aroma.
Day 3/ 10- 5pm :If you havent resuced the bomb shop lady in this cycle, then the curoisty shop will be selling the stolen bomb bag. If you have, then they will have the all night mask for 500 rupies, you then get the sticker.
5) Bomb Shop Lady; Night 1/ Midnight : Save her by slashing the theif that trys to steal her bag in north clock town, pretty easy, you get the blast mask if you do so.
6) and 7) Romani and Cremia day 1: 6-am to 6pm : use the powder keg to get though the boulder blocking the path to the ranch.Talk to Romani and agree to help her fight against "Invaders" you then learn eponas song and get epona.
Day 1 : 2 AM- Fight off the aliens (or dont to see a cool sequence happen)
Day 2: 6-7 PM: Talk to Cremia and agree to help her escort the wagon to town, defend agasint to gorman brothers and get romanis mask and the seal.
8) Mayor Dotour : Day 1 or 2 : 10 AM- 8PM, Day 3: 10:00 AM - 6 PM - Simple, just walk into his office wearing the couples mask to get his seal and a brand new shiny heart piece.
9) Madame Aroma: Day 1 or 2 :8 AM - 7 PM - Visit her in the mayors office (room to the left) and agree to help her to help her look for her son, she will give you kafei's mask.
Day 3: 6PM - 5 AM : Pick up the letter that Kafei gave to the curoisty shop guy in his hideout. Deliver it to Madame Aroma personally in the milk bar to get her seal and some super milk! (you get the jar too)
10) and 11) Toto and Gorman : Day 1 or 2 : 10 PM to 5 AM : get into the milk bar during this time, if you have all 3 transformation masks, agree to help with the sound check, play the notes that you are told to in your 4 diff. forms (actually sonds pretty cool) and you get Toto's seal and Gorman gives you the Cicrus Leaders Mask.
12) The Postman: Day 1 or 2: 3:00PM - 12 AM : Visit the postman during his evening training exercises. he challenges you to play his timing game. This is hard if you dont have the bunny hood... you have to hit the a button during his game at exactly 10 seconds with in a one hundrh of a second. If you wear the bunny hood, at least you can see the timer. If you win, you get a heart piece.
Day 1: 12:00 AM - 5 PM - Once you get the letter from Anju, immdeiatly drop it in the mail box.
Day 3: 6:00 PM - 5AM - Since the end of the world is coming, the mail man is sad because there is no mail to deliver. Make him happy by asking him to deliver the letter from Kafei to Aroma that you got from the guy from the curosity shop that was hanging around in Kafeis house (confused yet?) He will flee like a sissy after wards but he gives you his hat.
13) The Rosa Sisters: Day 1 or 2 / 6PM - 6 AM :In west clock town, wear your kamaro mask and teach the sisters how to dance with it. They will thank you with their seal and a heart piece.
14) ??? (Toilet Guy) Any day, 12 am - 6 am : Visit the stock pot in and you hear an odd noise from the toilet, no its not skull kid going to the potty, its a guy.... and hes stuck in the toilet... or can find toilet paper... so do what i did and give him either the town deed or one of the stupid letters from Anju's and Kafei's Quest (note : you dont get the piece of paper back) and hes happy cause he wiped himself and ya get a seal and heart piece.
15) Anjus Grandma - Day 1 or 2 : 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM - Go into the stock pot in wearing the all night mask, listen to anju's grandmas storys and answer 1 honestly and and answer 1 "I dunno" ( i wont say which ones) and you will get 2 heart pieces (1 for each story)
16) K amaro - Any Day : 12:00 AM - 6 AM : At midnight in North Termina Field, Follow the music to the frozen tree, bunny hood jump or roll jump over to it and talk to Kamaro, play the song of healing andhe will give you his mask and seal.
17)Grog - Any Day 6 AM - 8 PM : In the cuco shack, talk to lazy grog and round up the baby chics with the bremen mask, march untill they all turn into large chickens, he gives you the bunny hood and seal as a prize.
18) The Gorman Brothers - Any Day 6 AM - 6 PM / As the book puts it "Nothing better represents the spirit of caring and generosity of the Bombers Notebook then a pair of humiliating beatings you hand to these poor chumps" Challenge these two to a race with epona, you win and you get the Garo Mask.
Day 2: 6 PM - 7PM : Follow the events of romani and cremia and when you fend them off in the wagon chase, you get the seal for beating them AGAIN.
19) Shiro - Any day Any time, use the lense of truth to talk to shiro who is invisabe in the middle of the stone circle in Inka Canyon, give him a red potion and you get the stone mask and his seal.

(Toilet Guy) Any day, 12 am - 6 am : Visit the stock pot in and you hear an odd noise from the toilet, no its not skull kid going to the potty, its a guy.... and hes stuck in the toilet... or can find toilet paper... so do what i did and give him either the town deed or one of the stupid letters from Anju's and Kafei's Quest (note : you dont get the piece of paper back) and hes happy cause he wiped himself and ya get a seal and heart piece.
15) Anjus Grandma - Day 1 or 2 : 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM - Go into the stock pot in wearing the all night mask, listen to anju's grandmas storys and answer 1 honestly and and answer 1 "I dunno" ( i wont say which ones) and you will get 2 heart pieces (1 for each story)
16) K amaro - Any Day : 12:00 AM - 6 AM : At midnight in North Termina Field, Follow the music to the frozen tree, bunny hood jump or roll jump over to it and talk to Kamaro, play the song of healing andhe will give you his mask and seal.
17)Grog - Any Day 6 AM - 8 PM : In the cuco shack, talk to lazy grog and round up the baby chics with the bremen mask, march untill they all turn into large chickens, he gives you the bunny hood and seal as a prize.
18) The Gorman Brothers - Any Day 6 AM - 6 PM / As the book puts it "Nothing better represents the spirit of caring and generosity of the Bombers Notebook then a pair of humiliating beatings you hand to these poor chumps" Challenge these two to a race with epona, you win and you get the Garo Mask.
Day 2: 6 PM - 7PM : Follow the events of romani and cremia and when you fend them off in the wagon chase, you get the seal for beating them AGAIN.
19) Shiro - Any day Any time, use the lense of truth to talk to shiro who is invisabe in the middle of the stone circle in Inka Canyon, give him a red potion and you get the stone mask and his seal.
20) Guru-Guru / Day 1 : 6 PM to 6 AM - LIsten to this guy complain and sob around in laundry pool ( that means talk to him) and he gives you the bremen mask jut for listening.
