Looks like he sets out to find out who kidnapped the Presidents Daughter and to save her, when he encounters some fun.
Hmm, does make me think that Wesker is behind this.

Wesker has to be there, it simply isn't Resident Evil without Wesker and his slow motion wall runs, evil laugh and abaility to escape every single situation without fail.

Leon is in Resi 4, with a new look (Hurah!), the only rumoured guys for R.E.4 are Sherry and posiibly Wesker. There hopefully will be more though.
All the characters above are alive (I not sure on Ada though).

Who is the bloke in the white coat that keeps showing up? Oh and are the other resi games good on the cube? Ive been reading about resi 2 and it sounds amazing but it hasnt been revamped like the original. is it still worth getting?

My recommendation is to read a plot summary (espicially the one on GameFAQS), although it's long, it does give answer important questions, and also tells the plot of each game (including Zero, Code Veronica etc).

yeah i read all that on the official site when i read the timeline of terror. I just thought the characters from the previous games might feature just not be playbale...

I don't want to answer the first few questions as my answers will probably be wrong :P.
However, as for outbreak, released this autumn, you play as 8 random members of the public who are lucky enough to have escaped infection to ap oint, however, none of them are featured in any of the othe games that i know of.

Will anyone explain the whole story of zero for me as I got half way through it then my memory cards played up and i couldnt be bothered to re-do it all again. I really wanted to see how the two games connected...
