Seems Eidos have decided to hold back on the release. The game is finished but for financial reasons I guess they plan on waiting till September until releasing this one.
It looks good and hopefully will be good but it seems we will have to wait longer for it.

yeah, I'm quite annoyed. I was expecting an email from PLAY.com any day now sayingit had been dispatched.

Eidos and delayed games? Surely not.
How stupid is that though, there's only a few decent releases out at the moment so now would be the perfect time to release a game as everyone will go out and spend their money on the one decent game out at the moment, but instead Eidos in all their wisdom wait until September where quite a few good releases will come out and it risks getting pushed out of sight.
