Scary Movie has now come out on video and looks set to be an outstanding video and DVD movie.
I thought Scary Movie was funny but I wouldnt watch it again!!
I think Scary Movie is a great film very funny especially the way they make the killer abit dumb and Carmen Electra looks really fine although she is not in it for that long. Am i wright in saying that there is a Scary Movie 2 in the making?
I wouldn`t say outstanding... just very funny. After all, this type of spoof movie has been done a dozen times before with the likes of Airplane, Naked Gun and Galaxy Quest.
Also, having just purchased the DVD version i`m surprised at the lack of extras, so it hardly warrants outstanding status in that department either.
But don`t think i`m knocking the film - its a highly enjoyable romp that takes swipes from all the normal slasher pic examples as well as of all things The Matrix, and its certainly funny enough to earn repeated viewings.
