Do Sony replace controllers if they come with the PS2, ie. are they included in the waranty?

Or is there a way to fix the Dual-Analogue light? It's dim... Then lights up for a second or two when you tap the stick...

I hate SONY.

Yes Sony should replace the controller if it's still under warranty.

Does your controller still work ie all the functions etc, vibration still working or is the light just going on and off, if it's just the light, I wouldn't bother replacing it.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Simple, yet effective...
This is perfect, so simple yet effective, couldnt believe that I could build a web site, have alrealdy recommended you to friends. Brilliant.
