when you have to go to the red river bar to shoot up the bar (its after the mission where you have wreck tiko's place and impress lomaz) i always shoot up the bar before the cops arrive but i cant enter the car again and therefore at the end it says FAILED:LOMAZ HAS LEFT

It doesn't mean kill everyone in the bar, if you look at the top of the screen there is a red meter, when that is full the mission automatically ends.
Yea, just shoot up the bar. Don't go after anyone that shoots at you, take them out quickly and just shoot all the bottles at the bar. Once the meter is full the mission automatically ends, just like Ali said.
Just shoot the breakables. After killing the men, shoot the bottles on the bar, behind the bar, to the side on the left and don't forget the pinball and arcde machines and the damage bar shoud go up easyily.
