Goldeneye on the N64 has one of the best if not the best multiplayer which means you can play it over and over again with your mates and each time is a little different than before. This is what make the game great, ok so the proper 1 player mode is good but gets boring once everything is completed, unlike the multiplayer.
Metal gear Solid on the PSX is the best game so far in many peoples opinion, I agree with some of that, but this game lacks one thing. After you play it time and time again there comes a point where it gets a little boring( this game would have been super if it had a multiplayer mode) you do the same thing over and over again and the challenge is gone.
Championship manager on the PC is so popular firstly because its the best football manager game and secondly because it changes things each time you play it. No two games are the same. That is why more and more people play it and get addicted. There is always a new challenge.
What I would like to see in the future is more developers making games that can be played over and over again and still enjoyed, with each time being a little different from the last. Whether this is by making good multiplayer options available or by the game changing what happens from what you choose to do earlier in the game. So far no game has really been able to match goldeneye with the multiplayer, you would think that developers would realise and make the multiplayer modes better.
Biggles
arrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhh
I hope you can n MGS2
If you want replay value, you want:-
1) a SNES
2) a multi-tap and 4 pads
3) exactly 3 friends at your house.
4) ideally a lot of alcohol but its not crucial.
and finally...
5) a copy of SUPER BOMBERMAN!!!!
The most addictive game ever and the second most common cause of war, after religion that is!
