Rumour says that Pro Evo 4 will be out for the Xbox before the PS2. This isn't true is it?

I doubt the X-Box will get it first, but it's certainly getting it at some point this year. And it will sell well, because the X-Box doesn't have any decent football games at the moment so X-Box owners will be glad of it. Of course, I prefer Madden anyway so that shall be purchased before any Pro Evo game.
