Apparrently though, this does not include 3rd party games. So thee should be much more than 2 games available. Also there is supposed to be 19 games by the end of this year.
As Super Smash Bros, Pikmin, and others are due to launch in November in the US, they'll probably launch in Japan in October, so software will be released on a more regular basis, rather than simply releasing all the games at once, and having a long wait for a second wave of games.
Luigi's Mansion and Wave Race are good titles to choose for the Japanese audience.. The US market is very, very different, with the consumer wanting more, more, more, so more titles will be available for launch there.
Here in the UK I'm expecting a healthy amount of games to be launched with the system.
Luigi's Mansion
Wave Race
Super Smash Bros
Star Wars: Rogue Leader
Star Fox Adventure
Eternal Darkness
There will also be some third party games, with Super Monkey Ball from Sega a definite. The Batman game shown at E3 is also a likely launch title, and although nothing official has been announced yet, apparently Capcom are in the finishing stages of Resident Evil 0!
Nintendo don't want to fall into the same trap as the PS2 did with releasing too many games. None of the games sold as many as they would have done if they were released seperately.
