i brought a game from a place in northampton called Gamestation and the game wasn't in the case just the instruction manual,and when i took it back they didn't believe me and they gave me a dirty look.

You have rights.
Tony is right, you have rights to take a game back and recieve a new copy if the game is atall unsatisfactory, these are called Statatory Rights. I'm 12 and even I know that!

I got Tony Hawks 2 (GBA) today from SR... swwweeettt excellent game but the box was totalled and looked more of a flatpack!
But I got it for free so I won't complain, but SR should send GBA games in hard boxes not envolopes!
