"yoshi's island and supermarioworld 2 help GBA"

i have searched high and low through hints, cheats etc and can't find anything that helps a complete novice player. don't need help with finding new lands, can't get through the ones that that are obvious. Yoshi's island world 3 game 8, huge flower monster that will not be defeated, can anyone help with advice or a cheat to kill this damn thing.

also supermario worldsupermario advance 2 world 3, 17. how do you get through end of this world with things popping out of pipes at random and killing you.

Any help gragefully received.

what was the bloody point in making a thread asking about the game then? Not going to be any difference in game length/graphics.

and it's Super Mario World 2, not 3.
And it's on the SNES, not NES

I remember that boss, it's awesome.

You learnt a technique in that very level, perhaps you could put it to good use against the boss (which, incidently, is called Naval Piranha Plant).

And there is no such level as World 3, 17 in Super Mario World...be more specific
